How can we arrange a show round?

May we bring in our own caterer?
Yes of course, we welcome external caterers

Can we supply our own drinks?
You may only bring in wine or champagne for your event and pay corkage of £8.00 per bottle of wine & £10.00 per bottle of Champagne. However, we do offer an extensive wine list and a well stocked bar, with something to suit everybody’s taste.

Can we hold our ceremony at the golf club?
Yes, we are licensed to hold civil ceremonies. To arrange a registrar you will need to contact Wandsworth registry office.

What time are we able to have access to the function rooms?
The room is available to you from 09.00am as we only hire on a day rate basis. We are licensed until 11.00pm on Monday to Thursday including Sunday and 02.00am on a Friday and Saturday.

Do we have to clean up after ourselves?
We ask you to clean away any food or decorations that you have brought in and the kitchen should be clean and put back the way you found it.

Is there a changing room?
You are welcome to use our newly refurbished and spacious washroom facilities, however please ask, and if we have another suite available, we would, of course, be happy to give you the use of that.

Are you equipped for disabled access?
We are all on one level with wide doors, allowing plenty of room for wheelchairs. We also have a disabled toilet.

How many people can I have for a sit down meal?
The generous space we offer can comfortably accommodate 150 people. What is the maximum number of people I can invite? Our exclusive package allows you to invite up to 300 people.

Do I supply my own music?
Yes, you can hire your own DJ or a band etc. However we can supply a fanastic DJ from £300.00, depending on your requirements

Can I have music in the garden?
You can have music in the garden, however due to our close proximity to the residential area, we ask you to make sure the music is brought indoors by 10pm.

Can we extend the licence, so we can stay for longer?
You can extend the licence by applying to Wandsworth Council, we have the forms and necessary information available in our office.

Do I have to pay a deposit when hiring a room?
Yes, we require a £300.00 security deposit, which is non-refundable. We will return the deposit within 14 days of the event, as long as the areas you have hired are left in the condition they where found and there are no damages.

Do you provide a caterer?
We do have an in-house caterer who provides a buffet service that is individually catered to your specific needs; you can choose from a variety of menus, hot and cold.

Is the food included in the price of the room hire price?
The cost of the food is separate to the room hire. The food is calculated by the individual menus and priced per head.

Is there room for my guests to park their cars?
We have ample free parking spaces, we can fit up to 90 cars in our car park, with further temporary facilities available if required.

How do I reach you on public transport?
There are three tube stations nearby; Clapham South, Tooting Bec & Tooting Broadway, both Clapham South and Tooting Broadway are serviced by the G1 bus which comes directly to the Centre. Alternatively Earlsfield Rail Station and Wandsworth Common Train station are within a 15 minute walk from us.

Does the price of the room hire include VAT?
Yes, VAT is included in the price of the room. Is there a minimum bar spend or charge per person? In short, no. If you hire our function suites you can invite a maximum of 300 people, the cost is just the price of the room. However if you would like to use our in-house caterer then we charge per person per head for the food.

Is there a charge for tables, crockery, glasses, linen or chairs?
There are no extra charges for use of our tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery or glasses, if you have the exclusive package. However we do charge for use of our linen.

Do you have baby changing facilities available?
Yes. Our newly refurbished Ladies includes an extra large cubicle with a built in baby changing unit.

Is it possible to have a bouncy castle for the kids, in the garden?
Yes. The garden adjacent to our function suite can fit a 12 foot square bouncy castle.
